Cottage
The Ballyroe Cottage is perfectly located to explore West Cork. The house is surrounded by our big garden where we grow veggies and have hens. There is even a small island on our property. You are more than welcome to explore our garden.
We offer two separate apartments or the entire house for your stay:
The two bedroom apartment (only EUR 100.00 - exclusive for direct bookings, not available on booking.com or airbnb) is on the first floor. You access the apartment through outdoor stairs. The apartment consists of a livingroom/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (with each a double bed) and a bathroom. You have your own balcony where you have a great view over our big garden. In the backyard there is a picnic table reserved for you where you can enjoy the evenings at your own firepit.
The three bedroom apartment with your own garden, two picnic tables and outdoor firepit. There are two bedrooms downstairs with each a double bed. On the first floor you will find another bedroom with two double beds and two sofa chairs on the landing. The house has a big kitchen. On the groundfloor there is a beautiful sunroom and a spacious livingroom. So even if the weather is not nice (it could happen in West Cork...) you can read a book, play games and light a fire in there.
If you book the entire house, you have all the space and the amenities for yourselves. We recommend it especially for bigger groups (up to twelve or even sixteen if you book the Shepherd's Huts as well) or if you want to have more privacy during your stay.
